(Alvin Goats) A constraint will be with the Career SIG. If I'm going to continue to lead the SIG, it must either be close to Arapho and 75 in Richardson for weeknights, or it will have to meet on the weekends. I like to visit the Security and Storage SIGs myself and most recruiters don't want to stick through an entire meeting. I'll have to be the "stick in the mud" for this effort.

(Ralph Green) Novell seems interested. I gather that Novell may not work well for the Career SIG, but otherwise it looks good. Details on Novell: facility is in Irving at 6565 MacArthur. The training room they have is normally set up to seat 30 people. There are chairs along the wall and room for us to set up another 30 seats. There is wireless internet access for the presentations. There is a conference room readily available for one SIG. There is a computer room where we could probably do one more SIG, but it is normally locked and an employee would need to let us in, They can store our sponser cards between meetings and a little more. Soft drink storage would be a problem, because they don't have a good locked place. The use of the meeting location would be free. The rooms will be available late enough for us.

(Gregory Tucker) I am checking with my company, Column Technologies. We have a sales office & training room at Beltline and Tollway, near CompuUSA. I think it is tad small for this size group, but it would work as a temporary location.
