SunTM WorkshopTM 5.0 Developer Release available for downloading for non-commercial license.  The Intel version is about 130 Mb and the Sparc version is about 240 Mb. There are multiple files to download, ranging in size from about 8 Mb to about 33 Mb each.   details

The proposal is intended to address European concerns that privacy protection in the United States is not "adequate."
